Description

Me: "Clearly, you know you should be reading all that fan mail you got from yesterday?"

Clearly: *looks up and tilts his head* "Now why would I be advocated to?"

Me: ;;; "Because... you should and I say so?"

Clearly: *flips over to his stomach and grins evilly* "Am I so really obligated to pay any heed to you at all?"

Me: ;;;;; "Um, uh, uhhhh, sjrewfjdkfcreeper You should... at least read the ones who sent you the chocolate."

Clearly: *goes back to original position* "Maybe, maybe, maybe. You never know, or you don't now do you?"

Me: "...." *seriously still doesn't know how I came up with this creepsh*t in the first place*

---

I wanted to try something different and tried to make use of the element of perspective... what do you think? Any feedback? Not everything's good, I know. Really need to work on those pants the most.
It's also a little crinkly at the edge because I colored the couch with watercolor gouache.
And... chocolate cherries are naaaaasty. Whoever can eat those and actually like them is a true role model. Not including this guy.

Frankly, Clearly really doesn't care much about Valentine's day. Except for the chocolates, he really loves them. That's the only important part to him. And maybe some nice-smelling flowers. Everything else... nah.
Hence, a belated Valentine's for you. :3 Hope you all enjoy!!

I believe it's just the positioning of the feet?
I'd shift them (the soles of the feet) over a little to the right, so that it's facing the viewer instead of off to the left? Otl. I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to fix it ; u ;.

I'm still amazed that you use all these mediums and mixed them in so smoothly. That takes skills, AND PATIENCE. AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF PATIENCE.

I'd also color the cushions/parts of the couch closer to Clearly a little bit darker to convey the sense of distance. And maybe use a thinner outline for his hands (especially his right hand, since it's farther back), because of how thick it is, it draws the viewer's attention to it more so than the whole picture. It also creates a sense that the hands are nearer the foreground when in actuality they're more farther back.

I'm sorry for my lame criticism and if it seems a bit harsh ; A ;.

I really do like your artwork ; w ;. I think the use of thin lines is really great >w<. Like, lining the couch with thin red lines instead of black.

Really nicely done, I like the package of Valentine's Day cards and letters in the back of the couch. <3

WHAT DO YOU MEAN, CLEARLY'S NOT A ROLE-MODEL? I LIKE HIM. I LOOK UP TO HIM. *shot*

; w ; Good job.
